The company was founded by the husband-and-wife team of Thomas Nelson and Mary Friel O'Connor. Their combined talents encompass more than 20 years of experience in engineering, computer, network, and Internet technologies, software testing and development, database development, shareware library management, online community management, publication design and management, art, crafts, decorative painting, miniatures, woodworking, gardening, home improvement, and model trains.
About Tom
Tom's background includes more than 20 years as an engineer, programmer, network manager, software tester, software reviewer, database designer, and computer network and systems designer. His online experience includes working as a sysop, forum leader, writer, and software library manager.
Tom has been knee-deep in animals since childhood. When he can get the cats off the keyboard, he develops custom databases and designs computer network and communication systems, integrating Macintosh, Windows, and Unix environments.
Current projects include software development, writing for magazines and web sites, testing and reviewing software, hardware, and other products, reviewing Web sites and other online services, providing technical support for online customers of several national companies, woodworking, gardening, and model trains.

Mary has been an artist, publications manager, and writer/editor for more than 20 years.
She also has more than 20 years of experience working online, including stints as a sysop, guide, industry connection coordinator, forum manager, software library manager, events host, events manager, community manager, writer/editor, and software reviewer.
Current projects include writing for magazines and web sites, writing and producing several technical and special interest newsletters, writing biweekly and monthly e-mail newsletters, testing and reviewing software, hardware, and other products, reviewing web sites and other online services, gardening, painting, ceramics, decorative painting, and dollhouse miniatures.
